Fact 1. Yes, we dye residential and commercial carpet on site. Almost all commercial carpet is made of high grade nylon or wool or a combination of the two. Fact 3. Yes, carpet dyeing services dye carpet but they cannot make it look brand new, especially if the carpet has been burned by an iron or cigarette, or if harsh, over the counter carpet cleaning products have damaged the fibers. Carpet dyeing services can only rely on your truthfulness about the treatment given to the carpet. Many times these types of damages can be repaired, but not by dyeing the damaged areas.

Fact 5. Yes, we provide color correction for small areas. We do not always have to dye your entire property. Sometimes all that’s needed is spot dyeing or stubborn stain removal. This is the perfect solution for keeping a property “perfect” in appearance and in a very expedient and cost effective mode.
Fact 6. Yes, it’s true that you can walk on the carpet immediately after we have performed the carpet recoloring and color restoration services. Our proprietary dyes are equal or superior to mill dyes and are colorfast in under 60 seconds! The carpet will still be damp, but close to the same as when the carpet is cleaned. The dyes are colorfast and permanent immediately and will not walk off or track off. Carpets can then be commercially cleaned on the regular schedule without fear of color loss.

Yes, we recommend that the carpets be professionally cleaned before we recolor them; in which case we ask that you allow us to recommend the cleaning process to reduce the effects of high detergent residues that are left behind by some carpet cleaning companies. In all cases we will educate you, as to the best methods of cleaning carpet and how to treat accidental spills so that they won’t become stains.

Fact 9. Yes, there are jobs we can’t or won’t do. About 96% of all carpets are dye able by our process and 4% of all carpets, depending on the market, cannot be re-dyed. It is best to educate yourself properly about the advantages and disadvantages of carpet fiber content and the related characteristics. Carpet Color Solutions will only dye wool and nylon carpets. Fact 10. Yes, our dyes are safe, non-toxic, odorless, and eco-friendly.
The results of the jobs are totally dependent on the treatment of the carpet prior to re-coloring and should any fault be evident, are not a fault of the applicator. This is known across the industry and as such, we advise all of our clients.
